The platform may operate in manual or automated ("agentic") modes depending on user configuration.
Users remain fully responsible for how the platform is used and for all communications sent through the Services.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Offload to engage in any activity that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful. Prohibited uses include:
Unlawful Marketing
Using the platform to send communications that violate applicable laws including:
- UK GDPR
- Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
- CAN-SPAM
- CASL
- or any other applicable marketing or privacy laws
Spam and Mass Unsolicited Messaging
The platform must not be used to send:
- bulk unsolicited emails
- automated spam campaigns
- deceptive marketing messages
- messages sent without a legitimate business purpose
Messages must be relevant, targeted, and lawful.
Misleading Communications
You must not send messages that:
- impersonate another individual or organisation
- contain misleading subject lines
- conceal the sender's identity
- contain false claims or fraudulent offers
Harassment or Abuse
You must not use the Services to send communications that are:
- threatening
- abusive
- discriminatory
- harassing
Illegal Data Collection
You must not use the platform to:
- scrape websites where scraping is prohibited
- collect personal data unlawfully
- bypass technical protections on other services
3. Responsible Prospecting
Offload is designed to support responsible B2B prospecting.
Users should ensure that outreach is:
- relevant to the recipient's professional role
- proportionate in volume
- respectful of opt-outs
- consistent with legitimate interest where applicable
Users should avoid sending repeated unsolicited communications to individuals who have not engaged.
4. Data Enrichment and Contact Information
Offload may allow enrichment of contact and company data from public or third-party sources.
Users are responsible for ensuring that:
- data is used lawfully
- the purpose of processing is legitimate
- recipients are treated fairly and transparently
Users must not attempt to build or distribute large-scale personal data databases unrelated to legitimate business prospecting.
5. Opt-Out and Unsubscribe Requirements
Where communications are sent through the platform, users should provide recipients with a clear method to opt out of further communications.
If a recipient requests removal or opt-out, users must honour that request promptly.
Users should maintain suppression lists where appropriate.
6. Platform Safeguards
To maintain platform integrity, Offload may implement safeguards including:
- sending limits
- rate controls
- automated abuse detection
- monitoring of unusual activity
- suspension of accounts engaged in suspicious activity
These safeguards help protect users and maintain compliance with messaging providers.
7. Enforcement
If we believe a user has violated this Policy, we may take action including:
- warning the user
- temporarily suspending the account
- restricting platform features
- terminating access to the Services
- reporting illegal activity to relevant authorities
We may take such action without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
8. Reporting Abuse
If you believe the Offload platform is being used improperly, you can report concerns to:
